We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you speak with me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family operation, so if something is not right with a unit, it falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything shifts, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.
